We opened Major Appliance Repair Service in 1977 and over the years we have built up a clientele of

thousands of satisfied customers. To this day we continue to provide service to many of our early clients including their children and grandchildren. Over the years we have kept to the adage that in business you must have TRUST -. COMPASSION - HONESTY. Trust is very important to us, for example I have had customers call and say things like...

'' Our fridge isn't cooling anymore. The door key is in the mail box and I left a signed check on the counter. Please lock up when you you are finished"

That level of TRUST has always been respected. COMPATION is also very important to us. We have had calls from advanced age seniors who were worried about the cost to repair a problem, many times it turned out to be just a simple mistake or perhaps just a blown fuse. "No charge". HONESTY - simply put if you are dishonest or mislead your customers you will not be in business for very long.  Our competitors have come and gone over the years,  but we have stayed constant and reliable.
